Previous visitors' comments about Kingfisher Cottage:

The views, the position on the river and proximity to Whitby. Owners were friendly and helpful especially when we locked ourselves out!
Mr Rushton, Accrington, March 2012

Nothing was lacking in this lovely house. It was a real home from home. A very good location for a walk into Whitby. Our 9 year old son loved the river birds at the bottom of the garden. We didn't want to go home!
Mrs Lee, Consett, February 2012

A comfortable property within easy walking distance of Whitby and with a lovely outlook on to the River Esk.
Ms Abram, Wellingborough, August 2011

The cottage was very well equipped, well presented and homely. The setting on the river was stunning. We loved sitting in the garden, watching the steam trains and feeding the ducks and swans. The walk into Whitby was lovely through the woods. The village of Ruswarp was great, with boats for hire, a model railway and village shop.
