The holiday cottage was in a lovely, peaceful and scenic location by the river. Great location to visit Whitby and the surrounding area. Our dog, Gem, loved it too!

It was a nostalgic trip back to an area we used to live in. Enjoyed walking into Whitby along the cinder track and being able to look out onto the river.
Mr Isherwood, Exeter, September 2012
The property is in a good location with parking, and is close to the town centre and areas of interest that are to be explored in locations nearby.
Mr Foote, Aberdeen, June 2012
Our second year at this cottage, again not disappointed and really love the area. We actually saw the seal this year! Even though the weather was not so good for June the cottage kept us very warm.
