The property

A most impressive detached property quietly situated in the desirable village of Kincraig in the fabulous Cairngorms National Park.

With so much space, this rather grand old house makes an ideal holiday home for a large family or group of friends who appreciate comfort and space.

The accommodation is generously spread out over three levels and the ground floor boasts not only a comfortable sitting room with a welcoming open fire but also a quiet snug and a separate reading room with a TV.

The formal dining room with its large table is a wonderful place for guests to enjoy home-cooked meals together whilst gazing out across the lawn to the mountains beyond.

Guests who want to spend plenty of time in the great outdoors will appreciate the boot room and clothes drying area.

The bedrooms are bright and fresh and there are enough bathrooms so that no-one will have to wait for long.

Conveniently situated amongst stunning scenery, the house is close to excellent outdoor pursuits with the Loch Insh Watersports and Activity Centre just down the road, which is also home to a very good restaurant.

Visitors to Kincraig have easy access to so many areas of the National Park, and Aviemore is just a 10 minute drive away, where wide choices of activities are on offer.

Why not try the Wolftrax Mountain Bike Trails with their graded routes to suit all levels of fitness, or even take a sled-dog trip from just outside Aviemore?

A fabulous area, wonderful scenery, a plethora of activities and a comfortable holiday home will ensure a great time for all.
