This Aviemore cottage is situated on the site of Shepherds Croft on the private Pityoulish Estate and would suit a family or group of friends who want a comfortable holiday home at a very competitive price. The flexible ground floor accommodation comprises two twin bedrooms and a single, with a cottage style sitting room and a well equipped kitchen. At the rear of this cottage in the Cairngorms is a porch and convenient boot/drying room to leave your boots and outdoor clothing. Surrounded by open highland countryside, the back garden overlooks the river and is a tranquil place to sit and relax throughout the day. This is a wonderful location for outdoor enthusiasts, whether walkers, climbers, fishermen or skiers plus wildlife spotters will love the variety in the area including red deer, golden eagles, capercaillies, pine martens and much more! Aviemore offers excellent facilities for shopping and dining and the whole area has a diverse array of activities such as the Sled Dog Centre which takes groups on husky dog rides through the heather clad hills of the highland countryside.
