This attractive and peaceful harbour village is situated beside one of the most beautiful stretches of Northumberland’s Heritage Coastline - Beadnell Bay. Established in Saxon times, Beadnell was once an important fishing village and a ‘smugglers’ haven. Nowadays, it is still a fishing village, but is equally popular with holidaymakers who come to enjoy its pretty harbour and, of course, the nearby sandy beaches. The village has a shop and two pubs which serve food. Popular Seahouses is just over a mile away and has shops, a supermarket, restaurants etc as well as offering boat trips from the harbour to the magnificent Farne Islands - a haven for bird watchers. Bamburgh is close by, whilst the market town of Alnwick with its Castle & Gardens, shops, pubs and restaurants is a short drive away.

A superb holiday base! This cosy and comfortable ground floor apartment sits just 100 yards from the dunes and golden sand of the beach at Beadnell Bay. Well decorated and furnished throughout, the property also boasts a lovely shared garden area. Several fabulous links golf courses, and opportunities for watersports and sea fishing are all close by, as is the vibrant fishing village of Seahouses, while the historic market town of Alnwick, with its magnificent Norman Castle and Gardens is also just a short drive away. The perfect base for a relaxing beach holiday or for exploring further afield on Northumberland's magnificent Heritage Coast!

Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. Shared lawned area with patio and garden furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome (second dog at £10 per week). Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 10 mins walk.

The location of the property was right next to the beach and only a short walk to the nearest shop, pubs and restaurant. Very peaceful, cosy and relaxing. Excellent appliances in the kitchen.
