The cottage was a great base to explore Northumberland, either by car or by cycle. The accommodation was the perfect, peaceful getaway location. When we arrived, the fire was lit,and the cottage warm. There was two pubs within fairly easy walk (essential)! Would definitely recommend the cottage to our friends and family. The owner was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.

Beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful. Cosy and warm cottage, with shops and cafés not too far away in Wooler and Alnwick.

Mrs Fowler, Waterlooville, September 2013

This is a beautiful cottage in an idyllic setting. The accommodation was superb. Can't wait to go again.
