    • “Absolutely stunning cottage - quiet, ultra clean and well appointed, comfortable, well equipped. Lovely Welcome Pack, including a home baked cake (really nice) and a good feel to the place. Corbridge is compact, well looked after, and welcoming, with loads of interesting shops and odd alleys and streets. The Roman history is extensive, and well represented. altogether a brilliant place for a break - short or long!!”

    • “We visited the cottage for a week in December and loved it! It is a great size and is even better than advertised. We loved the cozy living room with gas fireplace and large dining room for meals. It was a perfect size for two couples. It is a beautiful renovation and the owners were very nice and helpful. We really loved the village. We were there for Christmas in Corbridge which was so much fun. All the shops were open and serving wine and treats. Everyone we met in the village was so nice and helpful. It was perfect all the way around. My husband wants to come back and stay a month! This is the man who usually doesn't even want to be gone from home for two weeks. We loved Northumberland. What a gorgeous area of England. Hadrian's Wall and the Roman Fort, Lindisfarne, Chillingham Castle, Durham, all wonderful. Northumberland is now our favorite part of England! Thank you for a great stay.”

    • “We had a brilliant week here with our friends. And an introduction to the North East, a beautiful area we didn't know very well at all. The house is very well set up for two couples or a family as each of the two bedrooms has it's own bathroom. The kitchen and utility have everything you need for cooking should you wish to, although there are many very good eating places in Corbridge. And the dining room and lounge are very spacious and comfortable. We had a great time thanks to the thoughtfulness of the owner. Great home made lemon drizzle cake when we arrived. We would definitely go back.”
