Stayed at the Byre a number of times- good accommodation and a peaceful location.

A wonderful week for all sorts of reasons - my own family history (great grandparents farmed there), the horses in the fields all around - especially the new foal - and the generosity of the owners in the 'big house' who were very welcoming and genuine.

Perfect. Thank you very much.

The open fire. Entry to property was through spacious utility room made the removal of muddy boots and coats effortless thus keeping the cottage clean and tidy. Despite being busy farmers the owners always afforded time to advise on places to visit. Excellent place to visit.
