Only 11 miles away from Rosehill is Whitchurch, a delightful town internationally renowned for its clock production dating back to the 1650s, and home to many splendid buildings, from medieval, Tudor and Georgian times, all dominated by St. Alkmund's Church. Close by is Ellesmere, with its beautiful meres (lakes), a variety of National Trust mansions and gardens including Attingham, Hodnant Hall, Hawkstone Park and Tatton Park, the wonderful shops and zoo at Chester, Wroxeter Roman City, the World Heritage Site Ironbridge Gorge with its famous museums, and the lovely medieval towns of Shrewsbury and Ludlow.

This is an excellent base for touring all of Shropshire, Cheshire and even Wales with the medieval towns of Shrewsbury, Ludlow, Chester and Llangollen not far away. Enjoy renowned mansions, gardens, golf courses, excellent pubs, restaurants, shops and much more in this wonderful part of England. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with colour TV and lake views, 1 x double, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Fitted kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with log effect electric stove and large picture window with lovely lake views.

Double electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x colour TVs, one with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Specimen carp fishing in owner's 6 acre lake, for two rods at £10 per day, by arrangement with owner. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Hotel/restaurant 5 mins walk. Fish and chip restaurant 10 mins walk. Note: The lake is fenced, but children inside the boundary fence must be supervised.
