Over five levels. Three bedrooms: 1 x twin (on top floor – staircase opens straight into this room) with fabulous views, 1 x single and 1 x king size double (both first floor). Note: Entry to the twin room is via a staircase from the single bedroom. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Well equipped kitchen on lower ground floor. Utility room off with lockable storage (for bikes etc). Ground floor living room with open fire. Separate dining room. Note: The stairs in the cottage are steep.

Full gas central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge and separate chest freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, video etc. Fuel and power and one basket of coal/logs inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car, nearby roadside parking. Enclosed yard area to rear with garden furniture, attractive lawned area to the front. Note: Access to the cottages is via a footpath running across the front of the gardens. One well behaved pet welcome at £10 charge. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and amenities of Bakewell 5 mins walk. Note: Footpath runs down a steep hill.
