Our fourth visit to Spout Cottage. Absolutely love the location and space of the cottage and garden. Weather was beautiful all week. Will definitely be returning again next year.

This property was like a home away from home. Lovely location, very comfortable and everything required was available.
Mr Fisk, Newton Aycliffe, March 2012

Fantastic cottage and a brilliant place to spend the New Year festivities. The views from the cottage were stunning.
Mr Simpson, Leicester, December 2011

Spout Cottage is an ideal location for visiting the Peak District. The setting is truly rural with fine views. The holiday cottage had all the facilities and character we wanted and it was well designed. The resident Llamas and the ground source heating were fascinating parts of the package.
