Travel just 3 miles to the picturesque village of Castleton, overlooked by the crumbling Mam Tor or ‘Shivering Mountain’ or visit the famous Roman Spa town of Buxton within a 15 minute drive, with its fantastic facilities and stunning architecture. An excellent base from which to explore all of the Peak District.

This stylishly renovated property retains much of its original character, including beautifully crafted beams and stone walls. It has a lovely open-plan living area providing spacious, light and airy accommodation and enjoys scenic countryside views. The large, modern kitchen has a fabulous Range cooker, whilst the stove in the delightful sitting area creates a wonderful cosy atmosphere. There are excellent walking, cycling, climbing and horse riding opportunities from the doorstep and guests are welcome to take advantage of onsite stabling. Nearby Tideswell and Bradwell provide a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst the Roman Spa town of Buxton is just 10 miles away. A superb holiday base to be savoured throughout the year!
