Venture just a little further and there’s an almost endless choice such as exploring the cobbled streets of Chapel-en-le-Frith, grand spa town of Buxton, majesty of Chatsworth House or wonder of the Blue John Caverns.

Chapel-en-le-Frith, the Capital of the Peaks, is only two miles away, with its cobbled market place and historic old stocks. Just eight miles away lies the spa town of Buxton, famous not only for its therapeutic spring water, but also for its Pavillion Gardens and splendid Victorian Opera House, which boasts a variety of shows, attracting people from all over the world. A short drive away are an abundance of attractions including the Blue John show caves at Castleton, the nearby owl and otter sanctuary, and many stately homes such as Chatsworth House and Lyme Hall. Combs village is perfect for relaxing, and is also ideally situated for exploring the whole of the Peak District.
