Previous visitors' comments about Shalcroft:

Very warm cottage, comfortable and clean. Lovely area of interest to walk in and good shops and restaurants in village.
Mrs Wolsey, Norwich, November 2011

The cottage was in the heart of the village of Wirksworth and although the cottage was small it was beautifully furnished and clean - very cosy.
Mrs Etheridge, Doncaster, October 2011

We were so grateful that you found us somewhere at such short notice. We had a lovely few days exploring the area. The property's caretaker was really helpful and the town itself was very friendly.
Mr Smethurst, Sevenoaks, August 2011

The property had those little things that made it possible to enjoy the break straight away without a rush to buy tea, coffee, milk etc. We had a very pleasant stay at Shalcroft and would certainly rent this property and/or others again.
Mr Hall, Crook, July 2011
