Previous visitors' comments about Spout Barn:

The peace and quiet, and the absolute comfort and cosiness of the property.
Dr Eversfield, April 2013

We like the location and the quirky interior.
Mr Stanton, Chorley, March 2013

The barn was very well presented, located in a nice peaceful area but not too far from villages and shops and plenty of places to walk with your dog. If you want a quiet getaway this is definitely a place to consider. I had a lovely visit.
Miss Pope, Cheadle, January 2013

The cottage was perfect for what we needed and it was very cosy. It was situated in a perfect location away from main towns but convenient enough to get to places very easily.
Mrs Watts, Aylesbury, October 2012

Peace and quiet. Modern decor in a remote location. A small property but with a great feeling of light and space. Great place for a weekend close to the Peak District!
Mr Richardson, Birmingham, August 2012

Allowing the cat to stay with us was great!
Cavanagh, Alderley Edge, June 2012

With us living and working in the city of Inverness, we found this a great place to escape for peace! Having family just down the road made it so much better.
Miss Green, Inverness, May 2012

We received a wonderful welcome from the owners. The property is in a good countryside location and has modern tasteful decoration as well as being comfortable and cosy. We slept wonderfully in the round bed. We were lucky enough to enjoy sunshine and take advantage of the garden! Ideally located for easy access to the Peak District.
Mrs Davis, Eastleigh, May 2012

I loved every part of the holiday! It was out of the way, on top of a mountain such a beautiful green view could see for miles. The cottage looked so cute on the outside with the stable door and table with chairs, then you walk in and the decor is so modern but cosy at the same time. Everything you could possibly need - WiFi and TV with DVD player was a big factor for us, but the heated flooring made it so comfortable as it was a rainy week. Everything was within a half hour radius: Bakewell, Derby etc plus the owners are easily contactable - I found them very friendly. Overall - a couples holiday in peace and quiet with everything you need - I have recommended it to friends and family and many have already book for the future - including my partner and I for next year. Many thanks.
