Previous visitors' comments about Lynton:

I spent a lovely week here and found this cottage to be ideally placed for visiting the pretty local villages and accessing wonderful countryside. This cottage is well furnished, the beds are a dream and the family kitchen is perfect for long chatty meals. It was spotlessly clean and warm. I would highly recommend Lynton and hope to return for a further stay soon.
Mrs Foulger, Leeds, March 2012

Lovely cottage with plenty of room for 2 families. Great location within The Peaks and easy walking to village amenities. Very comfy beds. Friendly owners nearby. Would definitely recommend.
Mrs Spence, Leicester, February 2012

There were thoughtful welcoming touches such as bubbly, mulled wine and chocolates on arrival. We asked for a Christmas feel and got a Christmas tree and lovely Christmas decor. There was an ample supply of linen and cookware. Rooms perfectly adequate with a gorgeous loft conversion master bedroom and a well kitted modern kitchen. The cottage was in a good location for exploration of surrounding area. We had a really pleasant and wonderful stay!
Ms Lee, Birmingham, December 2011

Accommodation was spacious and didn't feel cramped even when fully occupied by eight bodies. The utility room with shoe racks just inside the back door was excellent for leaving muddy hiking boots after walking. Hot water was available at all times, and rooms warm.
