The Church Stretton cottage is in a delightfully peaceful location, perfect for discovering the Long Mynd Hills which provide wonderful scenic walking. Also close by are medieval Ludlow and Shrewsbury with their wonderful architecture, castles, shops, restaurants and a variety of festivals throughout the year. Close by to this Church Stretton cottage is Acton Scott Working Farm, recently seen in the "Victorian Farm" TV programme. With day trips to the museums at the World Heritage Site at Ironbridge, scenic rides on the Severn Valley Railway, Stokesay Castle, Wroxeter Roman City and many wonderful country houses and gardens, this lovely Church Stretton cottage is perfect for a romantic holiday at anytime of the year.
