The properties have been sympathetically converted to offer spacious, light and airy accommodation, just right as a base for exploring this lovely part of Wales. Surrounded by mountains and hills, close to the River Usk and close to the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains, this is a paradise for many outdoor pursuits including climbing, walking, cycling, fishing, paragliding, sailing and birdwatching. The area also boasts many fine pubs and restaurants, interesting market towns and quaint villages, making this region an ideal "all year round" holiday location.

The location of the cottage was right on a cycle trail, also access to the canal was via a short scenic walk,
