Carmarthen 15 miles. A cosy detached cottage in the centre of Pembrey village, near the town of Carmarthen. This Pembrey cottage, with its picturesque front courtyard and delightful lawned garden, is pretty both inside and out. The traditional dining room off the well-equipped kitchen, and the cosy sitting room in this Pembrey cottage, are perfect for relaxing evenings after busy days out. Two light and airy bedrooms and a lovely bathroom complete the accommodation at this Pembrey cottage. The Millenium cycle path can be enjoyed from half a mile down the road for wonderful scenic rides or walks along this wonderful Welsh coastline, or just relax on the superb local sandy beaches. For horse racing enthusiasts the Ffos Las racecourse, fast becoming the best new racecourse in the UK, is close by, or for motorsports enthusiasts the local Pembrey track is a must. Also close to this Pembrey cottage is a lovely country park with seven miles of beach, a dry ski slope with a toboggan run and horse riding. Whatever you are looking for in your holiday, this lovely Pembrey cottage will be the perfect base, all year round.

Very well equipped kitchen including sharp knives that actually were sharp, scales, microwave, steamer and a good peeler - all of which are often lacking in holiday properties. Good TV with good reception. Good location for beach plus facilities at Llanelli, Brecon Beacons etc. Owners were very friendly and helpful.
