Haverfordwest 15 miles.
Penparc is a small village just off the A487, between Fishguard and St Davids. The Square and Compass Pub/Restaurant and the mini market are a stone's throw away on the A487 amidst a scattering of houses. With the beautiful rugged coastline of Pembrokeshire just a few miles away, you can relax on sandy beaches, try windsurfing, enjoy boat trips to the local islands or walk part of the coastal path, which runs the complete 186 miles along this fantastic coastline. The Cathedral in St. Davids is a magnificent backdrop to this quirky "city" which, in reality, is no bigger than a village but has a variety of unique gift shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs. Pembrokeshire may be renowned for its beautiful coastline but with mountains to climb, historic castles and burial chambers to explore, the fantastic Oakwood Theme Park, a Dinosaur Park and much, much more you will leave this delightful county already planning your next visit.

This bungalow exceeded my expectations in regard to the location and fabulous views from the adjoining paddock which the owner kindly allows visitors to access. The garden was very secure for the dog and the parking was great.
