The Property

Located on the outskirts of the Carmarthenshire town of Kidwelly, this superb detached holiday cottage is perfect for larger groups to enjoy their holiday together. All the rooms at this Kidwelly cottage are spacious and beautifully presented with everything that you could possibly need. With a ground floor bedroom, with the ground floor basin and WC just across the hall, this Kidwelly holiday cottage is suitable for the less mobile, plus with five further bedrooms on the first floor, the accommodation is both spacious and versatile. The very well equipped kitchen at this Kidwelly cottage lends itself superbly to creating wonderful meals for everyone, plus it has a large dining table as well as a second table in one of the sitting rooms right next to the kitchen, so you can keep the conversation flowing right through the house. The main sitting room has been beautifully furnished with an ornamental open fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The second sitting room in this lovely Kidwelly cottage is a relaxing room which leads onto the large patio and creatively brings the outdoors into the room. Wander through the patio doors to the covered hot tub where you can enjoy each other's company as you watch the children playing in the large, enclosed gardens, unless they're busy making the most of the games room with an interchangeable full-size pool table/air hockey and a dart board. With such wonderful space to enjoy time together, you may decide not to leave the cottage but if you do, you will find a superb array of fantastic days out within easy reach. Visit the local farm shop and café, where the kids can enjoy tearing around the choice of two play areas, each suitable for different age groups, feeding the resident chickens, or there is also a small lake that you can take an easy stroll around, all free of charge. Discover the many excellent sandy beaches in the area, Kidwelly Castle, Ffos Las racecourse, a dry ski slope, the Millennium cycle path and a steam railway ride, to name but a few wonderful attractions nearby. Closer to home is the Masons Arms, one of the oldest thatched pubs in Wales, just a two-minute walk away, as is a delicious tea room. All year round, this superb Kidwelly holiday cottage is ideal for all ages.
