    • “Very well presented cottage a little remote from it all but very peaceful, views are very nice to wake up in a morning to super views of the Talley lakes were lovely. There are plenty walks to choose from Talley valley has three different walks around the pine forests also with the remains of the Talley Abbey to walk around. Pencarreg Cottage is very central location to Carmarthen and many coastal resorts for days out. Gillian the Lady who is the owner supplied us with a lovely welcoming pack the facilities are very good everything you could ask for. WE felt like it was home from home really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!! Only down side for us there was not a local pub within walking distance, However this did not spoil our time spent here. Enjoyed this very much !!”

    • “Pencarreg was nice and secluded. The views from every window were amazing and there were nice walks near and around the property. The cottage had plenty of socializing space inside and we did not feel cramped.”

    • “The whole family just loved being there. It was peaceful, spacious and had fantastic views of the countryside. We would highly recommend the place to all our family and friends. Even before the end of the short holiday there, we were all talking about coming back there again.”

    Mr Beresford, Chester, December 2014

    • “Pencarreg has a fantastic layout. We took our mum and dad with us and it was great they had their own lounge next to bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was great and at this time of year we found we did a bit of cooking and everything was there that was needed. It is beautiful to go at this time of year but we are also looking at returning inn the summer. The owner was excellent and on the couple of times I contacted them had immediate responses. Lovely well maintained holiday cottage. Thank you”

    Mrs Pemberton, Droitwich, October 2014

    • “This was a lovely warm house that had exceptional showers, particularly welcome after a long day walking. There is a very useful warming room to dry boots and coats - a necessary extra in Wales! The views from most rooms are wonderful as the house is situated high above the Lakes at Talley. We would thoroughly recommend this house to other visitors and we hope to return in the future.”

    Mrs Pizzey, Reading, October 2014
