Kidwelly 3 miles. Four outstanding barn conversions, three with a fabulous hot tub, on a working animal farm in a sleepy hamlet in the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside, 3 miles from Kidwelly, 6 miles from Llanelli. Each Kidwelly cottage has a private garden and shared use of a pretty garden with rabbits and a pond with black swans, while anglers can make use of private access to a 1 mile stretch of the River Gwendreath. Elder Cottage (ref 2303) and Rowan Cottage (ref 2357) each have a ground floor bedroom and walk-in style wet room, while Willow Cottage (ref 3810) has two ground floor bedrooms with en-suite wet rooms, making three of the four Kidwelly cottages suitable for accompanied disabled guests (please call office for further details). Previous visitors' comments about Elder Cottage:

We have stayed in several cottages and log cabins but Elder Cottage was far superior. The rooms were very spacious and the lounge was so relaxing with a log burner. The bathrooms were spotless and the cleaning was immaculate.
Mrs Wiltshire, Bristol, March 2013

A wonderful clean and cosy cottage. Everything down to the smallest detail had been considered for instance milk, tea, coffee provided, plastic cups/ glasses for outside, an information pack about the local area, take away menus etc. very hospitable and helpful.
Miss Steers, Cardiff, February 2013

We had a wonderful weekend and hope to go again in the future.
Mrs Jones, Treorchy, February 2013

Mrs Taylor, Milton Keynes, June 2012

Excellent accommodation; spacious and well furnished. Very friendly, helpful owners. Garden and surrounding area lovely. A good stay for exploring South Wales - e.g. the Gower, Laughaune, and further afield Tenby and St. Davids. Some lovely beaches nearby.
Mrs Wilson, Chinnor, May 2012

The cottage itself is well maintained, it was clean, modern and very comfy. The garden and hot tub were clean and tidy and the view was great. An absolutely brilliant cottage. Well worth the money and the owners are very friendly.
Mr Parkin, Ilkeston, May 2012

A very well presented and appointed cottage. The owner was very welcoming and helpful.
Mrs Culliford, Bristol, April 2012

The welcome when we arrived and once in the cottage, the space and comfort ability was excellent for our family of 4 adults plus one dog. The area was very peaceful, albeit in a farm setting, we all had great nights sleep and the extra cost to use the hot tub was well worth the spend. Would definitely return.
