Upon entering the property, you'll find a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped for all your culinary needs.

Adjacent to the kitchen/diner, the inviting sitting room awaits, boasting a TV and a warming woodburning stove, perfect for those chillier evenings.

The ground-floor also hosts a welcoming double bedroom, offering a serene retreat for those who prefer fewer stairs.

A convenient wet room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC is also located on this floor, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

As you ascend to the first-floor, you will find two further bedrooms: a double and a versatile family room featuring a double/super single sized mattresses (3‘6“) bunk bed and a kind-size 4 poster bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for all party configurations.
