"Lovely cottage, had most amenities needed and was ideally located in a quiet village with walking routes accesible."
Only downsides were the decor was a bit old and tired in terms of some of the furniture and therefore not very comfy and it wasn't 100% clean (which I'm aware is hard to achieve in a property that allows pets) Overall I'd still recommend this to others and I would stay again. The grounds it was situated on were immaculate and had great facilities such as a laundry room and bbq area.

Bad parts shower was very temperamental and could use more pillows (only had 1 thin one each ) but I didn't complain either so not his fault really .

"The Location is quiet and secluded while still be close to amenities - especially with a lovely pub a few doors up the country road."
The mix of quaint cottages and huts with lamas in the field with a BBQ and sitting areas scattered about is restful and relaxing, a lovely place for the whole family. The cottage we stayed in was lovely and homely, my only rug bare would be the wifi is weak and non existent upstairs (used my phone as a hotspot to boost the wifi upstairs) could use a booster within the property, the water pressure upstairs was a bit weak, and with the size of the bath takes a long time to fill and empties the hot water storage, and the bath is more a sitting bath rather a relaxing bath (maybe a large bath pillow could help) But my main issue was the mattresses, they are imo past due replacing (toppers can save only so much). IMO with better quality mattress' and a jet bath installed with a small bit of updating about, the price cap could easily be raised accordingly or more occupancy. Our overall stay was amazing, a home from home, quiet, undisturbed stay with everything you could need on hand

Beautiful little cottage, lovely peaceful surrounds. Lovely village with great quiet little pub. Darts and pool available. Close to attractions and beaches. Will visit again, would like to try Shepherd hut. Alpacas were also a lovely distraction! Many thanks

Everything you need is in the cottage and there is the added bonus of the alpacas and other animals in the grounds and the availability of home-grown veg and home- produced honey from the on-site beehives. Would recommend.

"The place was great but I would never book through Sykes again, and would never recommend you to anyone because of the way you handled our original booking in 2020 which had to be cancelled due to Covid."
It was impossible to get through to you, or amend the booking online until you had taken the full balance from our credit card. Then you had the cheek to charge extra for transferring it to the following year! Sharp practice and very poor customer service.

Location is perfect for many trips- Tenby less than half an hour, Pembroshire coastal path the same.
The cottage is well equipped. Wood burner was a nice surprise!

Great playground outside with the extra bonus of some friendly alpacas. Very child friendly.
Check in was smooth and uneventful.
Unfortunately, on the day of checking out, 3 different people tried to get into our cottage between 8am and 9:30am, despite check out time was 10am. We thought they were thieves trying to break in, so it was a stressful and uneasy morning, which left a bitter taste in our mouths.
