The property

This light and spacious garden apartment is situated in the heart of Bexhill-on-Sea, one of the most popular seaside towns along the South Coast.

This lovely ground floor apartment retains the character of the original property with high ceilings and large, light rooms.

The master bedroom has a deep bay window and benefits from having its own seating area with a TV.

Two additional bedrooms are situated at the rear of the apartment, with a bunks room which leads to a further double bedroom; ideal for a couple with young children who want to know they are close by.

The sitting room looks out onto the garden so on sunny days you can throw open the French doors and breathe in the salty air.

Alternatively settle down in front of the woodburner with a glass of wine, good book and snuggle up on the sofa.

The bright, modern kitchen makes preparing snacks and picnics a pleasure, and with the added benefit of the table and chairs, you can gather together and enjoy long lingering dinners with plenty of good conversation.

Take advantage of the large fully enclosed garden with its patio and seating area to relax with a cooling drink after a day spent building sandcastles on the beach.

With so many amenities on the doorstep, the apartment is ideal for a traditional family holiday.

Egerton Park is just across the road with is boating lake, cycle paths, large open spaces and well-tended formal gardens.

Discover the De La Warr Pavilion which boasts contemporary arts, or the Bexhill Museum which includes a celebration of motor racing.

Put a lovely ground floor apartment into a beautiful coastal town, mix in museums, restaurants, tea rooms and theatres as well as beaches, sailing, cycling, golf and playgrounds, and what have you got?

The perfect holiday!
