Morriscastle Village, County Wexford is located approximately 1.5 miles from the village of Kilmuckridge, and comprises a collection of split level homes in a beautiful development. The development includes an 18 hole Pitch and Putt course and it takes just 15 minutes to walk to the beautiful Morriscastle Blue Flag Beach which extends onto the nearby beaches of Curracloe and Ballinesker, famous for their use in the opening scenes of ‘Saving Private Ryan’. From the beach, you can enjoy horse riding along the shore, bodyboarding, or salmon and trout fishing in the sea, while great river fishing is available on the nearby Ounavarra River. The area has many fantastic golf courses, and for a great day out, a trip to the Saltee Islands is a must. Close by are the towns of Cahore and Courtown with their lovely harbours and the towns of Gorey and Blackwater are less than 30 minutes away by car. A great location for a seaside getaway.

The layout of the house worked really well for two families with some bedrooms downstairs and some upstairs and a large communal area for everyone.
