Previous visitors' comments about Hawthorn Cottage:

A great welcome to a cosy cottage, wish we could have stayed longer, the cottage was clean and comfortable even in the heavy rain. My dog loved the dog field. Hope to return in the near future.
Mr Henderson, Newton Stewart, September 2012

We would wholeheartedly recommend this property and situation. Owners very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble for them.
Mr Woodgate, Manningtree, September 2012

We enjoyed everything except the weather! The location was wonderfully quiet.
Mr Roper, London, June 2012

We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The cottage exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect for our kind of holiday. We will probably return in the future as we love the North East of England and can easily reach all our favourite places from the Barnard Castle area.
