The villages of Grinton and Reeth are just a short walk away, offering good pubs and excellent places to eat. Askrigg, better known to millions as Darrowby in TV's "All Creatures Great and Small", is just a short drive away as well as Aysgarth Falls, Semerwater and Hardraw Force (England's highest single drop waterfall at 99ft). The historic market towns of Richmond and Leyburn are also within easy driving distance and offer a wide range of amenities.

Mr Froley, Bridgend, April 2011
The cottage is quite small but that is more than made up for by the location, near to many facilities but surrounded by beautiful countryside.
