The downstairs was a very social space. Upstairs was lovely just could do with a proper bed in 2nd bedroom and velux blackout blind ( but we were aware that it was a pullout sofa bed). Would stay again!! Thank you

He also enjoyed his bedroom and the curtain into Mummy & Daddy's room! From the listing we expected the location to be closer to Haworth than it actually was. The homemade cake on arrival was a lovely touch, and much appreciated.

Thoughtfully well stocked with all sorts of little details - extra towels for the dog for example! Great location for visiting a range of local places and walks, like Haworth, Shibden Hall and Hardcastle Craggs. Owner very responsive and all instructions really clear. Would definitely recommend!

The cottage was lovely, well equipped, warm and perfectly clean ready for us. We enjoyed two unexpected days ‘snowed in’ but a perfect place to chill and play games with the park across the road and plenty of shops in walking distance. Thanks for sharing your lovely cottage.

A warm, cosy, comfortable cottage, within easy reach of the lovely Yorkshire countryside but also close to the bustle of Bradford or Leeds for all they have to offer. The pleasant little park opposite is so handy for dog walking to complement the enclosed rear garden. Jenny, the host, couldn't be more helpful.

The furnishings were exactly what we wanted in a small, friendly community with easy access to the countryside and Leeds. Full stocked, great little back patio, and comfortable rooms. Up to date kitchen and bath, but with the feel of a older row cottage. Everything you need for a short stay is available in town and the nearby park is great for morning walks.

We are a family of four with two kids. The cottage is really clean and spacious and has everything you could need and more. I really liked the way the house is decorated and it has everything you need with going on holiday with kids. There is small back garden that you can eat in and there is a small park in front of the house. Jenny was really helpful when we arrived and left some biscuits, wine and milk for us. Clayton is a nice area on the outskirts of Bradford with local shops and pubs. Tescos is only a five minute drive away. It is a great base to explore parts of Yorkshire and we visited Bolton Abbey, Hardcastle Crags, Castle Howard, Newby Hall and Roundhay Park in Leeds. We felt the house was really good value for money and would recommend it for couples or families.
