| Previous Visitors' Comments | Everything, the cottage was fabulous, the location was amazing- we particularly liked the grassed area with the swing and the walks from the door around the property. The owners were very friendly without being overbearing.

Jul 2008 | Very relaxing place to stay - this is the 4th time we have stayed in this property. Great location, the owners are friendly hosts and always helpful. Our 2 year old loved the sheep, long-horned cows, and feeding many carrots to Wendy and other ponies.
We are so pleased the owners have a dog-friendly policy with cottage - just one reason why we keep coming back!

Oct 2007 | We both found Swallow Cottage a lovely restful location in a beautiful setting.
Although Staintondale is a small village we found it central for many local attractions and places of interest and found plenty of nice pubs in the area to eat out in. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the welcoming tea and biscuits went down very well after a long trip.
