Enjoy the view over the town square, through which the horses trot regularly on their way to and from the racing stables. Pubs, shops and restaurants are a short stroll away, while destinations such as the bustling market town of Leyburn, the popular "Forbidden Corner", the city of York and Yorkshire Coast are all within reach. Modern fitted kitchen. Compact dining area in stone corridor between kitchen and sitting room. Sitting room with woodburning stove and large window overlooking town square. Amenities Electric heating from electric radiators throughout with additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting room. Halogen hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player etc. All fuel, power and initial supply of logs for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate provided. Ample free, roadside parking in the village square, almost opposite the cottage. Small sitting out area by the front door. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Pub and shops 1 minute walk. |
