Along the front of the property a vine trail can be found with enough grapes to make a bottle of wine and to the back there is a delightful garden with a pond and hot tub. With Somerset, the coast of Dorset and many other attractions close to hand, this property is an ideal touring base. Accommodation All ground floor.
1 x spacious studio room with twin beds (separated from open plan living area by low wall), kitchen, dining and sitting areas with flame effect electric fire. Bathroom with shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Electric tabletop cooker, combi microwave, fridge, colour TV/DVD, radio, CD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared use of hot tub. Off road parking for one car. Shared lawned garden to rear with private patio area, garden furniture, BBQ and pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.
