Explore the green valley by steam train or canal boat, or take an exhilarating walk up to Castell Dinas Bran, high above the town, to enjoy the breathtaking view. Llangollen offers a good range of pubs and restaurants as well as many interesting shops. The National Trust properties of Chirk Castle and Erddig are within easy driving distance, while a day-long car trail can take you to visit six of the 'Seven Wonders of Wales'. Offa's Dyke Path passes nearby and offers pleasant walking along the crest of the Clwyd hills, whilst Snowdonia is less than an hour's drive away. Close by are the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, horse drawn boat trips along the canal, steam train journeys, various water sports and excellent walking amidst stunning countryside. Something for everybody! Accommodation Over three floors.
Four bedrooms: 3 x double, 1 x twin (on lower ground floor). Bathroom with roll-top bath, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Large fitted kitchen with raised dining area with French doors to outside sitting area. Sitting room with open fire.
Amenities Full central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, small freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, video, DVD, stereo/CD player etc. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars plus additional parking in town centre car parks 2 mins walk away. Outside sitting area with garden furniture beside house. Rear lawned garden with terraced area and garden furniture accessed via 10 steps. Sorry no pets or smoking. Town centre, shops and pubs 2 mins.

The property is ideally situated for walks along the river, canal or up to Dinas Bran and of course close to the many pubs and restaurants. We had a lovely family holiday and hope to return next year.
