Situated in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and Cairngorms National Park, Aviemore is an ideal holiday location. The area offers good fishing, walking in the surrounding hills and woodland, and golf with its fine courses. There is also sailing, riding and bird watching, with rare species to be found including Ospreys and Capercaillie. Aviemore is an ideal base for touring the Highlands and nearby Grampians. The landscape is dotted with historic castles, tempting distilleries, and is known to millions as the setting for the TV series "Monarch of the Glen". You can fish on the River Spey all summer and winter or ski on the Cairngorms and at the Lecht ski centres. With a wide choice of restaurants, bars and hotels in the town, you may find yourself having a "Highland Fling"!

Aviemore hosts a fine selection of shops, bars and restaurants, whilst the surrounding areas boast numerous activities and attractions including water sports, fishing and golf. A superb location, set against some of Scotland's finest scenery.

Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x double with ensuite with basin, WC and shower, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor WC and basin. Fitted kitchen with dining area and french doors to garden. Utility room. Spacious sitting room. Additional sitting room with sofa bed.

Amenities

Underfloor heating throughout. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD player, music centre etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Garage space for one car plus additional off road parking for two cars. Large enclosed lawned garden. One well behaved dog welcome by arrangement. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Please note: 9th - 23rd Feb 08 and 4th - 25th Oct 08 are charged at the MID season price.
