The Manifold River cuts a course through superb scenery and is a delight for both walkers and cyclists with the 'Manifold Trail' following the route of the old Leek to Manifold Light Railway. Nearby are pretty Ilam and Hartington with nice pubs and a wide range of shops and cafes, whilst further afield are the market towns of Ashbourne and Leek. A location to be enjoyed at any time of year! Accommodation Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x adult size bunk. First floor shower room with large 'power shower' cubicle and basin. Ground floor basin and WC. Spacious open plan living area with fully fitted and well equipped kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with sofabed and electric flame effect fire. Amenities Oil fired central heating with additional heating from electric flame effect fire in living room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, colour TV, video, radio, stereo/CD player, library of books/videos/games etc. Utility room with washing machine. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Pretty, enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 3 miles and pubs 3 mins walk. Note:The property is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The ground floor sofa bed can be used by guests not wishing to share or unable to use the staircase. |
