Dolwyddelan village has a late-opening general store and two pubs serving bar meals, whilst within 8 miles, Betws-y-Coed, Blaenau Ffestiniog and Llanrwst offer a full range of amenities. Amenities Full oil central heating throughout with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player, small library of DVDs etc. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for the open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Stairgate available on request. Off road parking space in front of property for 1 small/medium size car, with additional roadside parking in quiet street 3 mins away. Gravelled terrace and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ to front of property. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: From the gate there are 16 steps leading up to the property.
