Mar 2007 | The house was a very good size for the amount it slept - considering that there was 21 of us, we had loads of space and the games room was handy too in the poor weather.
It was in a good location and had some nice views of the lake from parts of the house.
I would recommend Shepherds Villa to anyone for a family get together. We would use it again.

The local pubs were excellent, especially the Yewdale and the Ship Inn who proved to be excellent hosts and provided superb meals for all of us at short notice.

Dec 2006 | Fantastic stay - so convenient for the village but you felt like you were in the middle of a field! We had 12 people stay and were not sure if it would work but it was a dream. Pool table was a huge help on the days it was to grotty to go out - and kept us out of the pub!
