Previous Visitors' Comments
The setting of this cottage is exceptional, being set in open farmland and surrounded by mountain views. If you can drag yourself away from this there is plenty to see and do in the area. The children particularly enjoyed the wildlife spotting at Rothiemurchis Estate and Loch Insh.

The bit I most liked was, when you opened the curtains in the morning, the sheep and lambs was standing at the fence no more 15 to 20 feet from the window, as a city person this was a lovely experience.

Very roomy for 4 people - rooms all big. Lots of light let in through many windows. Lovely views from all rooms. Handy for visiting Ayemore and Fort William. Lots of activities available if wanted. Lovely relaxing property to come back to at the end of the day.

The property was excellent. It was in a perfect location for touring the area. The views were spectacular. We would definately return to this propert and recommend it. On arrival we had a tea tray set up with home made muffins butter and jam waiting for us - a lovely gesture

A wonderful cottage, a real home from home. Fantastic for people who want to 'get away from it all'. The wildlife in the garden is a real pleasure to see.

The cottage was to a very high standard and what we expected of a high quality rental. It was surrounded by stunning countryside and it also helped that the weather was very good for this part of Scotland in September. The property owners were very nice and could not be more helpful especially when the upstairs lights fused on the night that Scotland beat France 1 - 0 at football!

Watch wildlife and farm animals from the sitting room windows against a backdrop of spectacular mountain scenery.

I was absolutely amazed by this cottage, it had everything that you wanted, and I mean everything. Kitchen was very big and well equipped, wood for the fire and coal if you needed it, but luckily the weather was very good to us. Loved walking down by the river and seeing the deer. The scenery was brilliant. Cottage based in a very good position for Fort William and Inverness where we went dolphin watching at Chanary Point on the Moray Firth. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to get away from it all.
