Accommodation Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks, 1 x ground floor twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Fitted oak kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with oak floor and flame effect gas fire.
Amenities Full gas central heating with additional heating from flame effect gas fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, colour TV, DVD, CD player/radio etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Enclosed lawned garden with decked area, garden furniture and BBQ. Two dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Decking is on two levels - young children should be supervised.
