Hemyock offers a welcoming pub serving fine food daily, two good shops and great horse riding and fishing opportunities, whilst the castle itself is worthy of exploring. Just 5 miles away, the delightful town of Wellington offers a variety of restaurants, pubs and excellent sports facilities, whilst nearby Honiton with its antique stores, pottery and lace shops is within easy driving distance. With beautiful countryside and excellent walking opportunites at Taunton, Exmoor and Dartmoor and the stunning north and south Devon coasts within easy reach, this fantastic holiday location has something to offer at any time of year.
