Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, use of washing machine in shared onsite utility room (at charge of 50p per wash), colour TV, radio. Use of onsite shared payphone. Small library of books/games. Electricity via £1 coin meter charged at normal rate. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking for one car. Enclosed courtyard area with garden furniture. Shared use of picnic area and games room with table tennis and snooker table. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There is a fenced moat partly surrounding the castle so young children must be supervised.
