Slightly further afield are the rolling hills and wooded valleys of the South Hams, the picturesque fishing harbours of Brixham and Dartmouth, the wild open spaces of Dartmoor and the superb beaches of the South Devon coast that run all the way from the Exe estuary down towards Plymouth. A great base for exploring all that Devon has to offer!

Three bedrooms: 1 x Kingsize double with ensuite (bath with power shower over, basin and WC), 1 x ground floor twin with ensuite (separate power shower, basin and WC), 1 x ground floor family room with 4 x single (can be made into double on request) with ensuite (separate power shower, basin and WC). Fitted kitchen with woodburning stove and dining area. Sitting room with views across fields to coast.

Oil filled radiators in bedrooms with additional heating from electric convection heaters and woodburning stove in kitchen. Electric oven and hob, microwave combi-oven, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, video, DVD, radio etc. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Horse stabling available by prior arrangement with owner.
