All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Wet-room with shower, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and access to decked patio area and garden.

Oil fired under-floor heating throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large, lawned garden with decked patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Stabling facilities available by arrangement direct with owner. Sorry no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: This property may be suitable for accompanied disabled - please phone for further information. Note: The owners of this property farm Koi Carp thus there is a large fenced pond at this property and children must be supervised.

The location was great for getting away from the hussle & bussle of life in general. The views were stunning and the area was excellent for walking. Accommodation was fantastic and so clean, particularly ideal for disabled wheelchair users. Welcome excellent, will be going back and recommending to family and friends.

Unspoilt hilly rural location with plenty of directly accessible footpaths. Excellent views over farmland fron the property. Seaside towns are not far away by a short car journey. A good base for exploring east Devon.

The cottage was very well equipped. There were a number of welcome items ie bottle of mineral water, milk, tea and coffee, flowers, letter of welcome, etc. The cottage was very clean. The setting was great. Some DVDs were there which helped with the chidren. The owner was very pleasant to talk to and visited a number of times to check all was OK.
