LITTLE LANGDALE Ambleside 5 miles. The small hamlet of Little Langdale quietly sits in a scenic valley and consists of a scattering of houses and a local pub. Nov 2007 | We were really impressed with both the area and the cottage itself, the views from the cottage were stunning. There were loads of places to visit all within easy travelling distance. The cottage was as a cottage should be, beams, stone floor etc. We just wish we had booked it for a week in the summer but we will definitely be holidaying with Sykes Cottages again, and I have recommended you to my friends, one of which is going to book this cottage in the new year.
