The surrounding countryside is famous for fruit growing and market gardening, whilst just south of the village is Bredon Hill, providing home to the remains of an Iron Age Hill Fort, as well as Roman earthworks and a number of ancient standing stones. Situated a short drive from the Cotswolds with its abundance of beautiful villages, great walks and attractions, this charming location also offers easy access to a range of famous towns. Take a day trip to the spa town of Cheltenham, or visit nearby Worcester, with its majestic cathedral. With Shakespeare's birthplace and the many attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon also nearby, this delightful area has something for everyone!

With an abundance of walks available from the doorstep, this lovely property provides an excellent base for those wishing to enjoy the local area or explore the nearby Cotswolds, the Vale of Evesham or the many beautiful towns and cities close by. The perfect romantic retreat at any time of year!

All ground floor. One double bedroom. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Modern fitted kitchen with dining area. Spacious sitting room with woodburning stove and access via French windows to patio.

Amenities

Gas central heating throughout with additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting room. Gas oven and hob, fridge, colour TV, DVD, CD player etc. Small library of books/games/DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Please bring own bed linen and towels. Garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: This property accepts babes-in-arms only.
