| Previous Visitors' Comments | Fantastic family cottage.
Miss Farman, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
Jul 2008 | This was an exemplary property! To sum up in one word - heavenly. I'd thoroughly recommend this cottage. The children had their own space, and the place was so well-equipped, with a beautiful view from every window. We were spoilt for choice as to which walk to do. The two village pubs had a small but tasty selection of meals and great real ales, easily within walking distance of the cottage. The cottage owner was fantastic too, very helpful and friendly. Spot on! I can honestly say I could not find fault. Please pass on our thanks! We will return.

Jun 2008 | Very comfortable cottage, everything we needed was there.Lovely to wake up and see the sun rise over the hills and hear sheep bleeting. Great to be able to leave the car and head off for a walk in unspoilt countryside.

Jan 2008 | It is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The location offers easy access to hiking trails, excellent views, and a peaceful setting just a short walk from the village of Edale...Perhaps the best self-catering accommodation we have seen to date.

Oct 2007 | There were many things to like about this property. The view from the window was stunning. The large open plan living and kitchen area had a very nice feel to it, making it possible for everyone at all times to be social. This place has been decorated to the highest standard, and its cleanliness was second to none. I even had a chance to talk to the owner, and she was a very pleasant and welcoming person. I like to go away with friends on a regular basis, and will seriously consider visiting the same place again.

Oct 2007 | Beautiful area and lovely walks...

Sep 2007 | The area and the setting of the property was excellent. For walkers there were sufficient walks from the property to completely avoid using a car throughout the week, and there was a a pub within 10 minutes walk. What more could one ask apart from a week's sunshine (which we got).
