The picturesque hamlet of Gelli is situated 5 miles from Narberth and is home to a handful of stone built properties, some Roman mounds and a fine bridge spanning the Eastern Cleddau river, ideal for a spot of fishing. The nearby Western Stables offer an ideal opportunity to enjoy a scenic trek across the Preseli Hills, whilst absorbing wonderful, far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside. The bustling market town of Narberth features an array of quaint shops, inviting tearooms and the colourful Pottery Cafe, where visitors can try their hand at spinning the potter's wheel! Explore the ruins of Narberth Castle, once home to the Prince of Wales, or take a short drive to the medieval, walled town of Tenby, with its award winning beach, variety of watersports and maze of cobbled streets. With the thrilling Oakwood Theme Park and the fascinating Dinosaur Experience within easy reach, there's plenty to see and do at this wonderful location.

The Property: Mill Bank

A delightful, semi detached cottage, peacefully situated in the scattered, rural hamlet of Gelli, 5 miles from Narberth. A gate from the garden leads directly to the River Tywi, providing a wonderful spot for a peaceful afternoon's fishing or a tranquil walk into Gelli, whilst the Preseli Hills offer ramblers lovely walks amidst breathtaking scenery. The quaint cobbled streets at nearby Narberth are littered with unique shops, good pubs and restaurants, while the sparkling, Blue Flag awarded beach and array of watersports at Tenby, just 15 miles away, are not to be missed. Take a trip to the monastic Caldey Island, spend a fun-filled day out at Oakwood Theme Park, or explore the beauty of the Pembrokeshire Coast. The perfect base for a pleasurable family holiday.

Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double with ensuite (shower, basin & WC), 2 x first floor twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, basin & WC. Fitted kitchen with dining area (seats 4). Sitting room with dining area (seats 6).

Electric oven, gas hob, fridge (no icebox), freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer (located in garage) combined colour TV/video, CD player etc. Telephone (incoming calls only). All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden to rear. Separate patio garden to side of property with garden furniture. Sorry no pets. Shop & pub 4 miles. Note: A gate at the bottom of the garden leads directly to the river. Children must be supervised at all times.
