Renowned as the birthplace of Anne Hathaway, this pretty location boasts many black and white thatched cottages, a popular restaurant and a welcoming inn serving real ales and delicious food. Shakespeare's Stratford is within easy reach, with its famous theatre, striking architecture, characterful shops and pubs and lovely, riverside walks, whilst the medieval castles at nearby Kenilworth and Warwick are not to be missed. Visit the splendid National Trust house at Charlecote Park with its graceful gardens, intriguing maze and Capability Brown Deer Park. Alternatively, place a bet at Warwick Racecourse, or simply explore the many surrounding Cotswold towns and hamlets this stunning area has to offer.

Relax in the hot tub, enjoy a tranquil afternoon in the secluded garden and absorb the lovely views across the adjoining field to the woodlands beyond, visit Anne Hathaway's Cottage or sample the appetising food at the traditional pub or great Italian restaurant in nearby Shottery. World renowned Stratford-upon Avon, home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, features beautiful Tudor buildings, fantastic shops and an array of tempting eateries, while a day spent exploring Warwick Castle will entertain the whole family. The perfect base for a varied and enjoyable holiday, at any time of year.

Two bedrooms: 1 x first floor kingsize double, 1 x ground floor double. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and open fire.

Gas central heating throughout with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, colour TV, video, DVD player, CD player etc. Small library of DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Use of hot tub with gazebo by arrangement with owner. Off road parking for one car with additional roadside parking for one car. Enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 10 mins walk.
