The village of Marham is located in west Norfolk, 13 miles south east of King's Lynn. Home to a Royal Air Force station, housing 4 Tornado squadrons, Marham also has a Holy Trinity church, a small post office, a chinese takeaway and a pizza/kebab shop. Excellent walking is available in the area, including walks along the River Nar, while Thetford Forest Park, the elegant town of Swaffham, historic King's Lynn, Sandringham and Hunstanton are within easy reach.

Four ground floor bedrooms: 2 x double (1 with four poster bed & open fire), 2 x twin (1 with 2' 6" wide beds). Ground floor bathroom with bath with mixer spray, basin & WC. 1st floor WC/basin. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area & sitting area (seat 5). Second sitting room (seats 5) accessed via one double bedroom with woodburner & patio doors. Small conservatory.
